Institutional Guidelines

Attendance & Timings

  • • Theory Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • • Minimum 80% Attendance needed for Exam eligibility.
  • • 100% Practical Attendance mandatory prior to degree award.
  • • Verification via Face Biometric system.

Dress Code & Protocol

  • • Prescribed ironed uniform with hair tied neatly.
  • • Black cut shoes with white socks in clinical postings.
  • • Mandatory Wrist Watch & Student ID at all times.
  • • Mobile phones strictly forbidden during class/clinical hours.

Anti-Ragging & Leaves

  • • Zero tolerance policy on Ragging; violators face dismissal.
  • • Mandatory Anti-Ragging Affidavits.
  • • 2 Night Passes & 1 Out Pass permitted monthly.
  • • Medical leave >2 days requires valid medical certificate.
