The Medical Education Unit of Jagannath Gupta Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Budge Budge was established with the Principal as Chairperson and the following as members (Annexure – I) with the vision to promote excellence in faculty development and to provide an academic home for and nurture the careers of faculty members wanting to focus on educational scholarship and develop as future medical educationist.
- Assist in the requirements of faculty developments.
- To create a proper administrative structure with appropriate job descriptions and reward structures leading to the recognition of the efforts of staffs.
