Basic Surgical/Procedural Skills Training in Clinical Skill Labs
Year 2: Advanced Specialization, Allied Rotations & Research Work
2nd Year Residency Framework
Rotational postings in ICU, ICCU, NICU/PICU, Emergency Medicine, Radiology, & Surgical OTs
Handling OPD cases, Special Clinics, & Specialty Referrals independently under supervision
Active participation in Weekly Journal Clubs, Subject Seminars, Case Conferences, & Mortality Meetings
Mandatory presentation of at least 1 Poster/Paper at State or National Level Conferences
Data Collection & Progress Reporting for Ongoing Thesis Work
Year 3: Senior Clinical Management, Thesis Submission & WBUHS Examination
3rd Year Residency & Final Examination
Completion and Final Submission of Thesis/Dissertation to WBUHS 6 months prior to Final Examinations
Acceptance of Thesis by University Examiners as a prerequisite to appear for theory/practical exams
